Emilio's Blanket
I started collecting the kids t shirts since elementary school. My plan was to make them a t shirt quilt. Because on Youtube they made it look so so easy. Well, after a full year of assembling and buying material, starting, stopping, re-sewing, un-threading, sewing. I finally finished my "unperfect" blanket. Even though it's not sewn perfectly, it was made with love, sweat and a little bit of my blood. I only hope that as years go by and the day comes when I am not there for Emilio that he looks at this blanket and realizes how much I love him and always will.
